What this is

This is the agreement between you and us that covers your use of HomeTourVideo. Using the service means you're okay with what's on this page.

Your account

Give us accurate info, keep your password to yourself, and keep the account to one person — it's yours, not your whole office's. You're responsible for what happens under your login.

Your content

Your photos and your videos are yours. We store and process them only to make and serve your videos — nothing else. In return, you confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload. Listing photos often carry the photographer's copyright, so upload only what you're licensed to use.

Your content, our license

You keep all rights to your photos and videos. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display them for one reason only: to provide the service to you. That's the whole use.

Separately, if you join our Collab program, you give us permission to repost that specific video on our own social channels. That's opt-in and specific to Collab — nothing else you make is ever used to promote us.

Listings, the MLS, and ads

How you use your videos is on you. MLS rules, fair-housing law, and license or brokerage disclosure requirements vary by market — check yours before you post. On our side, we keep photo enhancement to brightness and color only, and we never alter the property. But the compliance of the final use — where it runs and what the caption says — is yours.

Plans and billing

Plans are monthly subscriptions, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime and you keep access through the period you've paid for. Each plan includes a set number of videos a month. If something genuinely went wrong on our end and you think you deserve a refund, email us — a person will look at it.

Credits

Credits pay for making new video. They have no cash value, they aren't refundable once they're spent, and — to be straight with you — they don't currently expire. Editing your video by chat is always free and never costs a credit.

Taxes

The prices we list don't include taxes. If any taxes apply to your purchase, those are on you.

Fair use

Don't resell access, don't share your account, don't hammer the service with automated use, don't upload content you don't have rights to, and don't use it for anything illegal. That's the whole list.

Suspension

We can suspend an account that abuses the service, breaks these terms, or uploads content the person doesn't have the rights to use.

The service

HomeTourVideo is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it fast and up, but we can't promise it will never hiccup. If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change actually matters, we'll say so on the site before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA.
