HomeTourVideo.com

Co-launch your listing with us

Post your listing video as an Instagram Collab with @hometourvideo and we’ll add 5 free credits to your account. Your listing lands on both feeds. Your next videos are on us.

Here’s the deal:

  • Your video, your listing, your caption — it stays 100% about the property.
  • One extra tap when you post (Instagram’s “Invite collaborator”).
  • 5 free credits within one business day of the post going live. Up to twice a month.

How it works

1

Make the video in HomeTourVideo.

It has to be a real listing that’s yours — your listing, your rental, or your place.

2

Post it to Instagram as a Reel.

Before you tap Share: Tag people → Invite collaborator → @hometourvideo. Tip: our videos come out clean on purpose, with no baked-in music — add whatever sound is trending right now in Instagram and the algorithm will thank you.

3

Add the partnership label.

Because the free credits count as a perk, Instagram (and the FTC) want the post flagged as a partnership. Easiest way: in post settings, turn on “Add paid partnership label.” If you don’t see that option, put #ad @hometourvideo in the caption instead. Two seconds, fully above board.

4

We accept, you get paid (in credits).

We review and accept invites within one business day. Once the collab is live on both feeds, 5 credits appear in your account — we’ll email you when they land.

The caption, done for you

Two quick notes, from us to you:

  • Describe the home, not the buyer. “Chef’s kitchen” — great. “Perfect for young families” — that’s fair-housing territory, and it can get an ad flagged. Talk about the property; let buyers decide it’s for them.
  • Same rules as any listing ad. Include your name and brokerage, and your license number if your state asks for it.

Ground rules

  • The video was made in HomeTourVideo, for a listing you actually represent (or a rental or stay you actually manage).
  • Posted as a Collab with @hometourvideo, with the partnership label (or #ad).
  • Up to two collabs per month per account.
  • Leave the post up — if a post disappears within 30 days, we may not be able to credit the next one.
  • We review every invite. We say yes to almost everything; the rare pass is usually a one-word caption fix, and we’ll tell you exactly what and why.

Quick questions

What are credits, exactly?

Credits are what you use to create new videos. Editing by chat is always free and unlimited — credits only come into play when we’re making new footage for you.

Do I need an account?

Yes — that’s where the credits land. If you don’t have one yet, your first video is on us anyway.

Can I do this on every listing?

Two per month. Pick your best ones — the collab means your listing shows up on our feed too, so bring the good stuff.

What if my brokerage has social media rules?

Follow them. Most just want the brokerage named in the caption — the template above has a spot for it.

Why would you ever decline one?

Almost never happens. When it does, it’s a fix, not a rejection — usually the missing label or a caption line that brushes against fair-housing rules. We’ll flag it, you tweak it, we accept.

Ready?

Make the video, tap Invite collaborator, add @hometourvideo. We’ll take it from there.

First video’s free. No editing skills. No card required.
